- Take the guess work out of “what’s for dinner” or breakfast or lunch! You have other things to spend your time worrying about.
- Menu planning will begin with an initial consultation with Julie to determine what foods are right for you and what type of meal planning will meet your needs
- Each week you will receive a meal plan with a grocery list and instructions on simple prep
- Meal plans are created around your schedule and health goals

- Meet with Julie in person or via phone once a week or bi-monthly (depending on your needs)

- Venue can be in-home, in-office, at a club, etc.
- Gather a group of friends for a cooking demo party!
- The meal plan will be decided upon before-hand. You just need to have the groceries available and Julie will come teach you how to whip up a nutritious meal
