Julie Evans-Vitale is a certified nutritionist, sports nutritionist, health coach, and certified lifestyle coach. Julie began her practice in 2004 with the desire to help others overcome their health and wellness obstacles and to reach their optimum potential.
Julie is passionate about healthy living. Her mission is to empower each client to take control of their own health. She works closely with each and every individual, guiding them in developing healthy habits that will last a lifetime. She motivates and educates while guiding; she believes that knowledge is the power to sustain the habits her clients will develop.
Over the years Julie has witnessed amazing transformations in her clients. This further drives her passion for knowledge; she spends time each day studying the latest research in the nutrition and wellness field. “When someone’s health changes for the better, their whole world changes for the better. I am determined to keep helping as many people as I can reclaim their lives through food and wellness”.
You can often find Julie in her kitchen experimenting with different ingredients. She customizes recipes for each client and helps them appreciate the value of home-cooked food. “I create recipes, not only for my client’s nutritional needs, but also their schedule. If someone only has 5 minutes, well then, I am going to give them 5 minute recipes.“
Julie has been featured on local and national TV shows as a nutrition expert. Her clients range from young children to the elderly and every age in between. She works with athletes and people suffering with disease and health issues. She also does public speaking, sharing her vast knowledge of nutrition and the human body.

The sessions can be scheduled as close together or as far apart as the client needs. You will be working with Julie a minimum of 21 days. Research has shown that habits can be developed in approximately 21 days .
WHAT IF I LACK WILLPOWER?
Willpower is finite. No person has an endless supply of willpower. Julie walks you through each step, with you to motivate and keep you on track until new habits have formed.
WHAT IF I STILL NEED HELP AFTER COMPLETING THE PROGRAM?
Julie’s method works so well that you most likely will not. However, if you do that is no problem whatsoever. Julie offers hourly sessions a la carte. These can be scheduled whenever you need them.
DO I HAVE TO BUY EXPENSIVE FOOD TO EAT HEALTHY?
Absolutely not. Julie teaches you how to eat nutritiously at every budget.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE TIME TO COOK?
Julie works with your schedule. She will teach you simple ways to eat healthy even if you don’t cook.
WILL I HAVE TO GIVE UP MY FAVORITE FOODS?
At the initial consult one of the questions is “what are your favorite foods?”. Julie creates healthy versions of your favorites that match your nutritional needs. She does not want you to feel deprived!

NO. Julie works with your schedule, not against it.
